Bad experience, dirty, strange place
Posted 7 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe pictures on Hotels.com are much better than the reality. Our experience was very bad. In the bathroom were worms and the beds were not clean, we feared bed bugs and left the hotel during the night.

Dear Ms Mueller, you checked in @Palazzo with your family and spent the whole day in our swimming pool, drinking a bottle of white wine served by the pool, then you spent the evening in our restaurant. each time we met at the lobby (or at the restaurant as I was sitting the table next to your) you always expressed your satisfaction and your husband was showing me his thumbs up for everything. Like most of our customers. Then, after dinner, you left our place WITHOUT any advice. You did not write me a word of complain, not a message or phone call have been done. No requests for room change either. You just left, and the following day, when I wrote you asking if any problem occurred, you wrote me "NO problems, just a family matter". Is the bill for the bottle of wine the REAL problem? 'Cause it is still to be payed......

Posted 28 Jul 2024 on HotelsAuthentic little boutique hotel with very friendly owner Lorenzo! The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel pool large and clean as well. The mansion is located in a quiet area and there is a short drive to pretty small cities near by. We had a really great stay there and only regret we didn't stay longer...

A once in a lifetime experience
Posted 13 Jul 2024 on HotelsStaying at Palazzo Cavagna is an authentic once-in-a-lifetime experience. The place, the people, and the scenery were truly unique. The host, Lorenzo, is friendly and knowledgeable, and he and his staff will take good care of you. The place is a mansion from the 1700s century, with most of its decor and furniture from that period and style. The surroundings are beautiful, and there are almost no other tourists around. So, this is the place to go if you are looking for a truly unique experience.

Bed- and breakfast udover det sædvanlige
Posted 8 Aug 2023 on HotelsDejlig bed- and breakfast, hvor der er ro og skøn natur. Her kan man bo uforstyrret. Stedet er en ældre gård i skøn italiensk stil. Der er en dejlig lokal restaurant i gåafstand. Ellers skal der køres til nærliggende byer for indkøb, caféer og restauranter. Værten er meget venlig og servicemindet. Vi havde fire overnatninger i forbindelse med lidt arbejde i Milano.

A bead and breakfast deluxe!
Posted 22 Jul 2022 on HotelsPalazzo Cavagna was fascinating, clean wonderful hospitality. The owner was very service minded and helped us with restaurants and whatever we needed. He also shared a lot of interesting history about the Palazzo that has been within the family for generations. The room was beautiful and clean. The immediate surroundings are sleepy but that did not bothered us. We will definitely return!
