"I love this hotel, it is centrally located and accessible to to bus and rail transportation.. while, the steps up continue to be a challenge this is not a deal breaker. I enjoy my visits here and love the view at bereakfast and the friendly staff. I recommend a visit here any time. Bill "

"Gerl Hotel is a place not only to sleep while travelling but to spend time in the hotel as well. It has a great resturant and the breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of dishes. Shame the main spa (which is spectacular) opens only at 11:00 and closes at 20:00. "

"We came here to do a little business and see our friends in Salzburg. It had a 10 out of 10 rating and it does NOT disappoint. It has a nice little gym, a pool that when empty is a fine lap pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with amazing hiking trails and views of the mountains . I wish we had time to get a massage or other services but too busy and chose the electric bikes instead. You can even bike into the town of Bad Reichenhall which has great shopping (Juhausz!)…. Love this place."

"Essen, Lage und Design sind TOP. Für Familien nicht wirklich spannend. Schwimmen und SPA nur bis 19:00 Uhr, danach wird man sehr unschön gebeten "mal fertig zu machen". Zwischendrin ist der Pool aber auch gerne mal geschlossen oder die Sauna nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung beheizt. Anstrengend dem ganzen zu folgen. Familienpool hat eher die Größe eines Planschbeckens, es gibt auch keine Rutsche o.Ä.. Kaum Angebot über Ostern kein Programm und am Ostermontag schließt das Hotel, so dass man um...

"A beautiful hotel with stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a lovely cabin vibe to it. I would say the interior definitely needs a refurbishment as it’s very dated, also air conditioning would be amazing as it’s so hot in the summer. Although dated, it does give it some charm. Overall a good stay!"
