Good location and place, but bad customer service

A major hiccup - bad customer service.
Unmanned accommodation, so had to contact customer service via the tablet in the lobby entrance for any issue. No hot water for shower on winter night. Customer service staff unhelpful and bad attitude. Claimed that we didn't follow instructions. Contacted Hotels.com customer service agent, equally bad. 1st agent tried to brush me off by saying that he would give me 67 bucks to end case. Literally treating me like a beggar. Had to get 2-3 agents for someone to get hotel staff to do the right thing. Ended up the room tablet (with all instructions) was spoilt when technician came to check heater. Technician who came by was helpful and took time to explain workaround approach and how to make things work.

Overall is a good stay
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsLocation was not too far from food place but need to walk. Room is comfortable and nice and brand new building. But only have 2 park lot but able to park at the open space opposite. Overall, good experience.

Everything was great and you responded very fast with our arrival issues related to absence of appliance manuals in English. Thank you!
For Europeans and Americans: Please make sure you have these manuals in English and also explain that the dryer is in the shower (ventilation dryer) or otherwise no one would know! Thank you

The property is exceptionally roomy with a mini-kitchen, shower room and washing machine. Shower serves as a drying room for clothing. Parking lot has only 3 spaces. Location is close to shopping and train station. Only complaint is that self check-in screen didn’t work and as people tried to check-in through the week they had to request assistance to be able to gain access. Overall though it’s a great value for a short or jong term stay.

Good and spacious service apartment with some
Posted 6 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe room is big and comfortable given the price we paid. The location is near enough to Hakata station.
Although it is self check in , instructions were clear. But what would be better is that as part of the instructions for the check in to indicate that the manual for the different electrical appliances including the water heater is located in the tablet. We had to brave the cold and shower as we didn't know how to turn on the heat for the first night.
Separately, we could smell food being cooked during meal times. Not a very big deal but thought I should highlight this part of the ventilation.

和室があったので０歳子連れ(ずりばいする)でも十分な広さでくつろげました。
お風呂場に椅子がないため子どもを洗うのは少し大変でした。排水口がサビなのか汚いのが目立ちました。
洗濯機、粉洗剤もあり浴室乾燥で乾かせたので大変助かりました。
