The cleanliness can be better. The toilet is very dusty ( you can see the thick dust on the door latch) as well as the aircon. Overall experience was okay except for the cleanliness.

Loved the vibe, the rooms, the onsen/bath tub, the people. Excellent stay. Excellent lofation. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! So beautiful and so clean and such lovely onsen. Give yourself enough time to enjoy the art and the view. The staff are incredibly friendly!
