This is truly a hidden gem. Very open and clean and in a great location. The only negative was the iron in the hotel room had some kind of sticky red and black substance on it that RUINED my husband’s white shirt. He was ironing a shirt that he planned to wear to the wedding we were going to which was the whole point of our trip). Thankfully a Men’s Wearhouse was just down the road so he bought a new shirt ($70 later) and we made it to the wedding on time. Besides the shirt incident the hotel is great and staff was incredibly friendly. We would stay there again- just always check the iron before you use it!

The staff were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The fireplace, sitting area, and Christmas decorations were beautiful.

It was a great experience, but the front door wasn't working so you had to go around to the side. Other than that it was nice, clean and friendly.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing front desk service, the beds were very comfortable, the room was fully stocked, I reqlly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend others choose this hotel in bentonville

Very nice, clean place and the lady at the desk in the evening and the one in the early morning was very friendly.
