Area hotel is in great for dining and activities. The floor in our room hadn't been swept. Found 1 live cockroach and several dead ones. Bed cover had cigarette stain.

Needs remodeling bad!!!

When I checked in, the Lobby was dirty. Staff is very friendly. Checked into our room. Carpet dirty, holes & stains on sheets, coverlet. But, bed and pillows were comfy. A/C nice and cold. Water pressure in shower is very good. Toilet paper holder and towel holder were both falling off the walls.

I have stayed here before and had issues with cleanliness but overall was an ok room, but tried this facility again much to my chagrin. The first room was filthy and had not been cleaned. Room two was to my surprise smelling good when we walked in but when turning on the lights roaches went scrambling everywhere. That was the end of that, left and went to another clean hotel close by. What an embarrassment to Bentonville. Im expecting a full refund.

Major updates needed

Check in was fast, room had no ac went back to desk. He said no more rooms and checked the ac came back and gave us another room. Walked in on someone. Room occupied. Gave us another room. The suite. Old outdated, burn holes in the carpet and 8 srew head sticking out of headboard like something had been removed. Only 1 towel and 2 hand towels, no wash cloths. Semi clean but no bugs so we stayed. The young man behind the desk was quiet and nice. Did what he could.

The lobby was filthy when we arrived. They had issues checking us in. Then the key cards didn't work for the door and we had to go back to the front desk 3 different times. The pool water was green and had trash in it. There was trash in the walkways. Random water dripping from the 2nd floor catwalk. We were told breakfast was until 10am but it was gone by the time we came down around 845am. Will not be staying again. The room was clean, surprisingly, but the rest of the property was rundown and trashy.

Wow, where do I start. Room was dirty, it had not been deep cleaned in forever. There was an unknown substance down the nightstand that I suspect was dried sperm. Door to bathroom was broken off the jam. As a result it didn’t close. Non-working TV and we had to wait for over 4 hours before it was addressed. No trash can in the room, and no room service. We stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned or made the bed, left new towels, etc., while we were out. When I tried to talk to the front desk employee, he was more interested in talking to his friends rather than check folks in, or address any concerns. It was a busy weekend in the area so other motels were booked or I would have left after the second hour. I was truly disappointed in Days Inn property. In the past they were our go to, but not anymore. This property was more like a rent by the hour room.

Fast response from the front desk when we had trouble with the TV remote. Also front desk man was so helpful in changing our room to non-smoking.
