The property is newer and fairly decent for the price. The location is good. The staff was not attentive. I asked for a few things for the room and was met without help. There was trash in our floor for 3 days out in the hallway by a few different rooms and no one ever came to remove it.

The front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay! They helped us create an IHG membership so we have extra perks for future stays, like early check in and late check out. The facility and room was very clean and the continental breakfast had a ton of options, including to-go food if you needed to hit the road right away. Highly recommend!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast wasn't just waffles different options every day, and was surprised they had food options in the evening on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday included

The room kind of smelled like smoke and there was a used empty water bottle in the room. So cleaning could have been better but overall the room was pretty good!

It's a fine hotel for the cost, but they were clearly understaffed. The breakfast room had garbage piling up so badly it was gross, they didn't respond to requests and now I can't even get anybody to answer the phone to get a shirt I left there sent to me.
There are two very similar hotels right next to them. I will try those next time to see if they have better service

Such a disappointment. Told staff the air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff said there’s nothing he could do after calling his manager. Told the manager the next morning about the situation and she said he never called her. After the manager found out about the situation, she didn’t do anything to help. So our family of 4 just continued boil in the room after 3 attempts of asking for help. The morning after we even saw some beg bugs on the bed. 😒 Our family always stayed there when we visited Benton Harbor but never again!
