Room was dirty, floor not vaccumed , gnats flying around , smelled heavy lysol spary smell.
Door to room didnt feel like it was safe , rooms were run down and not properly upkept .

We moved to six different rooms:
1. The first room had no heat.
2. The second, third and fourth rooms were not accessible with our key or the master key.
3. The third room had no heat
4. The person at the front desk was rude and left work without finding us a sixth room.
5. Another person finally got us in a room that the key worked as well as the heat.

5 attempts to get a TV remote to work. Shower drain had a massive amount of hair in drain. Sketchy guy in back I had to keep walking by. He kept saying Aliens were chasing him. Hotel ran down. 1st time I have ever gave a bad review.

In regards to the individual that you encounterred, I wish that you would have notified the front desk. We would have had him removed from the property. I hope that in the future you will consider giving us another try. I apologize for your inconvenience you encountered.

Was very very dirty had to hange rooms because found bugs and dirty the next room 138 was no bugs but still not really clean but toughed it out 2 days the fridge was unplugged and not working great !
