Very dirty, poor condition. 2 of 4 guests opted to book other rooms upon seeing the room. Even the staff told us we shouldn’t have bothered with crystal lodge.

Dear our valuable guest, this is not fair our property is newly refurbished very clean as we have professional housekeepers to clean the rooms everyday, changing sheets and bed linen daily, so what you are saying is not reflecting the truth.

Wonderful staff, the room was very warm and comfortable! Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean too! It felt like more like a large house than a hotel, which might be great for some.
The staff had every possible amenity I required and I'm grateful for the extended stay despite my late check in.
Just be aware that as it's close to the high street (not necessarily a bad thing), you might get the odd busy traffic noise near you.
Good, decent place to sleep for the night for a decent price.

Outside of hotel needs some tlc but my room, although basic was clean and comfortable and fitted with my needs

Very small Room, the bathroom is dirty and mouldy.
The location was great for convenience.

Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe were Immediately upgraded by Walid. A very friendly welcome and seemed to be on duty 24/7. It is somewhere ok to get some sleep. Shared toilet and bathroom off putting>
However Walid made up for the lodges short comings with his warm welcome

Does what it says on the tin! Needed a place to stay for a night after a festival. Can’t argue with the price, nice and cheap especially for London. The staff member on the desk was very friendly and helpful.
