Posted 22 Aug 2024 on HotelsApp says shuttle airport-hotel. Which is true but 1. Is not complementary. You need to call in advance and schedule it. Plus pay additional. It wasn't hotel fault it was the app Hotelscom. Despite that incident it was excellent.
