Fantastic getaway
Posted 14 Apr 2024 on HotelsUnfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed.
The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room.
Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay.
The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand.
Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open.

Beautiful resort with amazing pools and gardens. Wonderful amenities for children. It’s a bit dated but very well maintained.

In general it is a great hotel. The amenities are great. Unfortunately, considering that it is a Leading Hotel of the world it does not hold the quality standard. There where areas that where poorly maintained that can be taken care easily such as placemats in the restaurant during breakfast where broken and some tables where damaged. What needs a little more effort is the quality of food. The food lacked taste and was not to the level of other Leading Hotels of the World.
Other than this issues I still recommend the hotel and we had a lovely stay with ample rooms, great pools and kids activities.

A fabulous luxury hotel for blobbing out
Posted 21 Oct 2022 on HotelsA fabulous hotel. We stay there and we never leave the hotel, it is so lovely. Wide range of dining. Best thing is the fantastic atmospheric gardens. Some furniture in our room was just starting to look a little bit worn, but hardly noticable.
