Property was very clean and tidy, good breakfast offerings and staff very friendly, particularly on checkout with a luggage room available and the hotel arranged a taxi for us.

Bad Overnight

When queried, we were told that we were allocated a room for 2 people. Would not refund the difference. Thankfully Hotel.com gave us a voucher, they tried so much with the hotel, to no avsil

The Hotel was dated and upkeep was low. The overall cleanliness of the common areas werent too bad, but there were times were the floors and hallways would stink due to the water they used to clean the floors.
I had two rooms, one of them smelled like mold and was very moist. Had maintenance come to look at the temp and he cleaned out the air conditioner which had black sludge pouring out from the inside...meaning we were breathing in mold spores. The balcony door wouldnt lock and needed fixing as well.
The room still stunk like mold and asked a second time to have the room switched. The hotel basically did not want to give us a new room and said the maintenance guy would have to have a look at it again...but they never sent the maintenance person. Very unaccommodating!!
After booking 8 nights, we left after 4 and went to another hotel.

Pool no shallow end. Bar service very haphazard. Food generally not as good as we have had elsewhere and not very imaginative .
We had a great upgrade to our room which was splendid.Hotel full of young Canadian girl footballers not ideal and at times seemed like the Marie Celeste

This hotel has everything anyone could possibly need. We had the best time at the Intur Bonaire and in Benicassim

Poor experience overall, not 4 star!
Posted 28 Aug 2022 on HotelsThe floors of the room was very dirty and there was a trail of ants through the room when we arrived. The toilet did not flush and we had to lift the lid off to flush it. When it did flush it would run for hours. The hairdryer unit was not secured to the wall and the unit with the holder fell off when trying to use it. There was no fan in the bathroom which resulted in the whole room being humid. I scraped someone’s gum off the bathroom floor. Breakfast was poor with cold coffee and either overcooked or undercooked items. It was difficult to find a place to eat at breakfast and we often had to find our own utensils, place settings and glasses. When we found glasses there was no juice or water left. There are better places to stay in the area and the hotel should do better!
