Never ever again
Posted 17 Nov 2023 on HotelsI called up to 10 times to be collect from the airport, was no answer and when they responded they said they will call me back! Never did, I had to call Uber to get to the hotel ok that’s no problem, at the reception very bad service one of the concierge keeps staring at me I I was scared and and comfortable to stay in this hotel

Had to call the front desk to get AC working. Had no remote
Only one towel, that too had smell
Very cheap on channel availability for TV. Please make sports channels and other popular chanels available
Courteous staff but get professional on the amenities for the price you charge

Great and helpful staff. They allowed us to check in really late and gave us an extra bed at 3am

Shivas gateway is located close to the airport.
Rooms are average. Transport tovthe airport was overpriced.
