1. For got welcome letter with QR code for room service
2. When the QR code is used, you land on a page where room service menu is nearly impossible to find. It’s at least 4 clicks while it should be 1 click
3. The work chair is the most un-ergonomic chair ever made by man. It’s designed to damage your back.
4. The bathroom fitting were leaky and flooded the place with water.
5. One person who came from room service tightened the fitting and said he would send someone to mop up the water. This person never arrived. After waiting for 12 hours, and calling repeatedly for some help, someone finally cleaned it up the next day
6. The storage space doors are designed to confuse you. Either the left or right door will open, but both look alike, so you have to guess each time. Stupidest design ever.
7. When I asked to speak to the manager of the hotel, they said he is busy and that he will call back, but he never did.
8. I am sorry I can’t remember the 20 other things that were wrong. This is just a sample.
9. I will never stay here again.
10. I will make every effort possible to save as many people as possible from the torture of a stay at this place.

Terrible service
Posted 11 Jul 2022 on HotelsHorrible and inconsistent service despite of being a high end hotel.
1) no one picks phone when i tried to call concierge several times. Finally i had to walk down and tell them each time
2) i tried to extend my stay and the staff (Naveen) had no clue to help me with it
3) i tried to use the premier lounge and sadly they could not verify if im a premier member . The staff is lousy and not helpful at all

Customer service is too bad. They see claims 5 star hotel and their service is less than 2 star hotel.

Nice place to stay on ORR
Posted 19 Dec 2021 on HotelsWe were driving through Bangalore and had chosen this place to spend the night. We were checked in at about 2am. The front office was efficient and courteous. We had requested for an extra bed, which was not provided. But, given the time of the day, we decided to manage with the couch in the room for our son. The sticker in the room said it was sanitized. We were given a late check out as well. Breakfast was nice! The Outer Ring Road is in bad shape due to the metro construction. Else, the stay was comfortable
