Everything was perfect. The staff here really make a difference and accommodated my requests. They’re putting western hotels to shame. Glad I stayed here twice during my two week trip!

Stinking toilet
Posted 17 Oct 2024 on HotelsFor a five star hotel the condition of its toilets were pathetic!
And, this is when we were staying on a suite! The sewer lines were choked and were emitting a foul smell. So ultimately we had to request the management to change our room, which they did. But the one night that we spent in this stinking room was awful.
The saving grace was their chefs and their food, which was outstanding.
