It’s nice. Room , bath door is stuck, not closable Hot water supply is poor

There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience

I am a returning customer and yesterday the key fob did not work and it was repaired temporarily and it is very random that one key works and the other did not work . Also today the hot water shower had filter blockage and I had to take bath with cold water . I like the hotel location and spacious rooms but the condition of certain things have created inconvenience . I have stayed here earlier and on planning to stay few days . I need a compensation for the inconvenience items ot wave off one day rent or hotels.com should provide a voucher with at least one stay room rent including taxes

The rooms have an unused unaired smell. Carpet has large stains. Tv remote doesn’t work. Breakfast is bad, not enough choices, bakery items like donuts are very hard, no salt/pepper on the table when serving omelette and host don’t know how to properly seat out guests. The napkins given have a shiny finish, which means they are more decorative than useful.

Fantastic service with a team that upholds the highest standards. Great breakfast buffets, spacious rooms and a decent gym. Truly enjoyed the stay at Aloft!
