The property was fine and conveniently located to where we needed to be. Good Wifi and beds, the only issue was neighbours coming home and leaving slamming their doors which wasn’t great.

Location could walk to attraction’s easily

Processed payment the day before I arrived notwithstanding it was not supposed to be paid until check in.
Shower door would not close properly so water went over bathroom floor
Not enough parking for number of guests.

However, there is free on-street parking located just out the front of the property as well as on the adjacent Tomlins St which is approximately a 30m walk from our property. Two single beds were pushed together to make a king which was uncomfortable, and we had to mop the bathroom after each shower.
Also, no Netflix which is unusual for a Quest.

Nice room, however it had another room adjoining which had a noisy family staying in it with a screaming baby - not ideal! TV wasn't tuned into the correct channels.

No warning that there was no lift, parking was extremely difficult and others parked in driveway. It was Baidu like daylight in the rooms due to excess lighting outside and poor curtains

Ok rooms quite spacious ….but really annoying being woken up at 630 by the next room singing … not very sound proof
Car park also extremely busy n tight parking hard to navigate

Posted 9 Sep 2024 on HotelsThe staff person at reception when we checked in was not at all welcoming and did not advise us there was no housekeeping on Sunday. However the staff member on the following shift was warm and helpful with restaurant and breakfast recommendations. All other aspects of our stay were enjoyable.
