It was my first time staying in this side of the property, and I was not disappointed!
There was a lovely fireplace spot to sit and drink coffee and look out at the fall trees! Felt very cozy. This unit (Downtown Abby, I love that they all get cute names) had a well appointed and pretty kitchen but I didn’t do any cooking. It’s just a few blocks into downtown and Sidelines makes Killer breakfast!
The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean.
It is an older building so you occasionally hear your neighbors, but I wasn’t disturbed.
This location is so convenient to go on a walk on the river trail, or hop onto the parkway it’s quicker to get (or make your way home from 🍻) anywhere in Bend!
The keyless doors!!! I love that I don’t have to stress about a silly magnetic strip card.

Overall, the room was okay. Didn't seem overly dirty, but it was clearly old, and when retrieving something from under the couch it was obvious that it's never been cleaned. The grounds are okay too, but the maintenance crew came in at 8am on a weekday and blew leaves and mowed for at least an hour right past the door and sliding glass window several times. The best part about this unit is how close it is to downtown.

Hi Jonathan, each room here at Pioneer Park Rentals is individually owned meaning each unit looks completely different from one another. If you had hopes of getting a newly remodeled unit, we recommend calling as we are more than happy to point you in the direction of our favorites! It is indeed an awesome location and even though the building may be old, a lot of the units on property have been remodeled and are worth the visit!

Great location next to the Deschutes River. Easy access to the river trail for a 10 minute walk downtown. We love staying here.
