"We booked a one night stay on a cross-country drive. We picked this hotel because the rates were very good and we were looking for value instead of luxury. We got excellent value and the folks here were extremely friendly and helpful. We were happy with everything about the room. The neighbors were a bit loud on occasion, but quieted down at night, which was fine. Next time through Bend we will stay here again."

"Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm."

"GREAT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. DAVID AND SAMANTHA AT FRONT DESK WERE EXTREMELY WARM, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. SOMETIMES A DECISION OF WHETHER OR NOT TO STAY AT A HOTEL AGAIN COMES FROM HOW WELL THE GUEST IS WELCOMED AT FIRST CHECK-IN. DAVID AND SAMANTHA WERE BOTH FANTASTIC.
