We regret that you took away that impression about our gastronomy. Due to the fact that we continue in times of pandemic, the management has considered continuing to maintain a strict protocol for the control of traffic at breakfast, but it does not make the service slow, however it is necessary to reserve an hour and surely that is what you did not like.
We would have loved if you had told us in the restaurant what you did not like and we would have changed it without problems.
