Beautiful hotel in the heart of the mountains. So quiet and peaceful. The food was excellent as was the standard of the room. The staff were very friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay was a perfect one.
Our stay was perfect. The pool was an added bonus. Superb.
Thanks to all the staff at Molino del Santos, especially Victor. We will return as soon as possible

We (family of 4, children aged 14 and 11) have just spent a lovely 4 nights at Molino del Santo. The hotel grounds are beautiful - lush, green planting everywhere, a pretty vine-covered pergola, varied and secluded lounging areas and a good sized pool at the centre.
Our room (number 8) was a great size for a family of 4, split over 2 levels with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. Furnishing is simple but the rooms are nice and clean.
The restaurant was lovely - food was excellent and the staff friendly and relaxed. Breakfast was also varied and extensive.
The location is good - a short drive into Ronda and also with walking/running routes straight from the hotel. Cuevo de Gato is 2.5km away along a riverside footpath.
We really enjoyed our stay at Molino del Santo and were sad to leave.

This is a lovely, welcoming countryside hotel, set up a little like Spanish Village. Not five-star luxury, but more than makes up for that in service and friendliness. Perfect base for exploring the Pueblos Blancos.

Fabulous hotel
Posted 14 Oct 2016 on HotelsA beautiful hotel to relax and enjoy the local area. Great walking from the hotel. Staff were all fantastic. Room was quiet and so relaxing with a great terrace overlooking the pool and area. Restaurant food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the hotel if your looking for a holiday in the beautiful Ronda area.
