The hotel, staff and food were very good. The choice of breakfast and evening meal were excellent, staff were helpful and friendly and there was entertainment most evenings. I would not hesitate to visit again.
I was however extremely disappointed that we had not been notified of the building works which our balcony looked straight onto, including 2 huge cranes. It looks like either a hotel or apartments are being built next door. Visitors who booked directly with the hotel were notified of the building work prior to check in.
When we entered our deluxe room it was lovely, but a big disappointment when we saw the view. We should have been notified prior to check in.

Great location but needs work
Posted 21 Jul 2024 on HotelsWe stayed for 11 nights for a relaxing holiday. The hotel was comfy and the reception staff very friendly. The bedrooms were modern however had little storage which made hanging up clothes difficult when staying for longer than 5 nights.
The bathroom and shower were ok however there was mould on the silicone and on both shower heads. I cleaned the shower with a towel however I believe this should be done by the hotel daily.
The pools were good and there were enough beds over the 3 levels. The pools however also were mouldy and require attention.
Hotel bar reasonable priced with a great selection of drinks
