Great hotel but if you aren’t all inclusive you have to pay extra for everything including splash park, kuds club etc we were full board as only stated 3 days

Loved our room but the food was awful - made us sick and we ended up in hospital - we were not able to enjoy our holiday spent the rest
Of the time in our room because we couldn’t go out into the sunlight according to the doctor because of the sickness.

It took over 20 minutes to check
In, we weren’t allowed to upgrade to all inclusive, my credit card details were written on a piece of paper (terrible security risk) and we were charged a fortune for a paper cup of beer which was only 3/4 full (fine if you’re all inclusive and can refill but paying resort prices should be a glass and a full drink!) the property is also in need of some upgrades/renovations.
