Beds were really uncomfortable and the walls were very thin you can here the cleaners and screaming kids in the morning

Nice clean facilities with brilliant pool area for kids. Food was average but a good variety. For a hotel with 9 floors I think they need more lifts. At times we waited up to 15 minutes for one with room. Rooms looked recently decorated and were kept clean. A kettle in the room should definitely be standard.

Smelly toilets by the snack bar/ swimming pool, no free drinks on half-board during dinner or supper, half of hotels rooms with balcony facing north so 0 sun on them.

Pros: the pools were great fun
Cons: maybe a jacuzzi
Location: decent choice of restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walk.
it had everything you could need to entertain the family if you didn't want to explore. food was way better than average. we only had bed and breakfast and the variety available was amazing.

Great hotel for kids .loved the waterpark everything very clean .Rooms quite cramped with 2adults 2Kids .Food usual AI drinks standard AL would come here again with kids

Pros: Pool area, breakfast buffet.
Cons: Cheaper drinks
Location: Plenty of restaurants to eat at, near the beach too
Friendly helpful staff throughout hotel. Lifeguards on all pools. Breakfast buffet excellent. Pool area clean and plenty parasols/sun beds. Would definitely stay again.

Great AI hotel
Posted 2 Nov 2015 on EbookersI am booked to go back first week in April with daughter and grandson.I don't usually book to much in advance but had such a great time in October with family was afraid there would be no vacancies at Los Patos Park.There were no negatives about this hotel and cannot give it enough praise.Everything and all staff were excellent. Fantastic family holiday
Posted 18 Oct 2015 on EbookersBest AI hotel ever stayed in.Spoilt for choice in restuarant.Brand name spirits in bar.Pools all had lifeguards at all times.Will be going back as soon as we can next year.All staff went the extra mile to make our holiday one to remember.
