The location of the property is good as you can walk down the boardwalk either way for miles and find a thousand shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was also great. Breakfast was pretty good. My complaints really stem from the quality of the build, walls were so thin you can here everything we turned a noise machine on our phones full blast to drown it out. They also only put one sheet on the bed like it was prison. They clearly do this to encourage you to keep the AC down but this combined with extremely uncomfortable cheap mattresses ruined our hotel stay. If they upgraded the bed/sheet situation it could be considered a loud 3.5-4 star hotel. Right now much closer to a 2.5 star hotel until that’s fixed. Also pool and jacuzzi were not heated.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. It was definitely worth the extra for a room with sea view. Will be going back.

Fantastic

Stayed at many hotels and apartments in the area and Las Arenas was magnificent. Nice, modern reception, comfortable bar/lounge area, excellent happy hour between 1700-1800 hrs each day, superb breakfast and unbelievable rooftop bar. Would highly recommend Las Arenas.
