"Very nice Lucca hotel."

"Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful-comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant is great! white tablecloths and impeccable setting in the dining room. Breakfast had good variety of meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants and pastries. All in addition to the traditional cereal, yogurt etc. You order the type of coffee you want, and they bring it to your table. Not self-service-machines. If felt pretty good. One night we ordered an Aperol-Spritz drink. It was good, but it cost 10 euro. In good restaurants they cost an average of 6 euros. I didn't like that The hotel staff was very friendly. Fabio was helpful with directions and suggestions about the city. Pretty hotel in a nice neighborhood near the wall. Access to the "old city" was convenient. "

"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. We did not have breakfast or lunch at the resort but we did have dinner. As someone who is accustomed to fine dining, it was disappointing. Food was under seasoned and lacked depth of flavor. I would definitely stay here again! Just next time venture down the way 5 minutes to a local restaurant. ☺️"

"Good one stay before travelling g on to airport"

"This was a beautiful property situated between Pisa and Lucca. It’s an older hotel but all of the amenities including air conditioning were good. Amazing pool area and loungers and you can run down to the lobby to get drinks and other snacks. We had a family room which had an upstairs with a king bed and downstairs there were two twin beds for the kids. Lots of good food options near by. Only negative was that the breakfast provided by the hotel wasn’t great in terms of quality or quantity of options available. They seemed to run out of things regularly and not be replaced. "
