Arrived @ 9:30 pm with confirmed reservation. Rudely told by snotty clerk as I walked into lobby “No room”. I said I have a confirmed reservation. He replied “ All rooms sold, your reservation canceled. No offer to assist with another room elsewhere, no apologies, nothing. Ancient two story , exterior room doors, Bates hotel with Criminsl minds overtones! Creepy clerk, No service! Listing on Expedia totally misleading!!!

no coffee maker, no hair dryer, filthy, noisy guests, smoke alarm no cover or batteries, 3 tables for breakfast afraid to eat breakfast because of the filth.

I have NEVER been disappointed in a hotel I’ve stayed at before. I usually think of hotels as a little vacation away from home. Usually I enjoy them. Good thing this wasn’t my first hotel experience because I would have NEVER went to a hotel again.
This place is LOUD , sketchy, not the cleanest, I don’t feel safe in this area AT ALL. I’ve stayed at other hotels within Belton - no issues. I figured I might save a buck and see what this one was like.
I will gladly pay HUNDREDS of extra dollars a night to NEVER return to this hotel again.
1. People next door smoking weed in there room coughing so loud and stinking up the entire hotel.
And they WOULD NOT STOP BEING LOUD!!!
2. Broken lamps-
3. Fridge and microwave looked so gross I didn’t even touch them.
4. Outdoors is like a freaking block party once the sun goes down it gets SOO MUCH WORSE ( I would not EVER bring children around here ) … EVER!!!
5. I would LOVE a refund. But that won’t happen. Should have read the reviews - that’s my bad. This place fooled me once- Won’t happen again.

Exceeded low expectations- exactly ok
Posted 5 Jul 2024 on HotelsHotel was fine for being cheap. Pool wasn't open, and there really wasn't breakfast. It didn't affect our trip, but posting this in case important to others. Room carpet and fixtures were worn, but clean.
