Fiz a reserva para pagar no local, o grupo oyo indevidamente debitou um valor de R$36 no meu cartão de crédito. No hotel, alem de falar que uma parte ja havia sido debitada, a funcionária não acreditou, mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante, alem de cobrar R$50 pelo estacionameto, o que em nenhum momento foi descrito nessa plataforma. Cafe da manhã MUITO CEDO, o término era as 8:30h. A TV não funciona, hotel mal cuidado.

Chegamos não tinha vaga de estacionamento que é PAGO A PARTE. Os corredores, exceto da entrada imundos, quarto com paredes imundas, tomadas com fiação soltas, banheiro com rachaduras, chão nojento de tão sujo. Café da manha que é INCLUSO totalmente pobre, copos sujos e presunto "babando" e queijo mofado. O suco era suco de pacotinho tang, terrível. Nao recomendo por nada SITE NÃO ESTÁ DISPONÍVEL PARA ENVIO DE FOTOS.

Pior hotel que conheci. Me cobraram indevidamente pelo uso da garagem (no app do Hotels falava que tava incluso, mas me cobraram novamente). Muita demora pra fazer o check in, no check out não tinha ninguém na recepção. Banheiro fedido. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

PIOR HOTEL QUE JA FUI, MAU ATENDIMENTO
Horrível a hospedagem desde o atendimento que nem olham na sua cara, cobraram estacionamento R$50 por dia, e em nenhum lugar havia a tabela de preços, nenhum respaldo caso aconteça algo com o carro mesmo pagando a tarifa diária, demora no check in, passaram outros clientes na frente, porta dos quartos parece que já foram arrombadas, banheiro com mau cheiro caso sanitário solto chuveiro não esquenta, quarto as cortinas tampam as janelas altas e sem higiene, tomadas sem espelhos, obrigado a acordar antes das 7 pois começam a fazerem barulhos no prédio, café da manhã sem reposição dos poucos itens disponibilizados, muito precário a situação do edifício da OYO, creio que necessitem reavaliar os edifícios que agregam a sua marca. No geral infelizmente não indico a ninguém esse hotel em específico, a recepcionista não sabe nem orientar o nome da rua em frente, "não sei não""não faço ideia porque não moro na região", outra coisa imprevisto pessoas fumam no hotel, cheiro de cigarro no corredor do quartos. Reservamos dois quartos pois não tinha disponível para 4 pessoas aí entro no quarto e tem 4 camas de solteiro e no outro 3 camas. Parece ter sido de propósito para te que reservar dois ao invés de apenas um, solicito o reembolso do estacionamento pois não estava descrito que o estacionamento era a parte da estadia. Estou tentando carregar as fotos mas o link não abre

Foi um pouco decepcionante
Já separa a um acomodação simples, pelas fotos e também por já ter me hospedado em outro hotel da rede Oyo. Porém na recepção já ouve demora e confusão no check in, no quarto estava voltando cheiro de esgoto pela pia, tinha uma caixa cega de passagem em baixo do chuveiro que eu não sei se estava desenergizada, o chuveiro simplesmente não esquentava e quando chegamos no café da manhã, quase tudo já tinha acabado e tivemos que pedir pra ser reposto. A única coisa que eu queria era o básico bem feito e não teve em muitos aspectos. Apesar de tudo isso, as camas estavam confortáveis e com o lençol e roupa de cama limpinhos. Eu acho que tem muito a melhorar em relação a organização.

Hotel muito bem localizado, funcionários prestativos e de excelente atendimento, mas as condições são precárias para hospedagem. Quarto com Cheiro forte de esgoto;chuveiro fraco, ruim e não esquenta. Café da manhã péssimo, só tinha dois tipos de bolo, suco de pó, margarina … Estacionamento é cobrado s parte.
