Péssimo
Extremamente desconfortável, os colchões velhos, parecem uma canoa. Não tem como dormir com qualidade neste hotel. O quarto é escuro, o chuveiro parecia que iria pegar fogo, e a descarga do banheiro parou de funcionar. Foi o pior hotel que já fiquei em minha cidade. Extremamente caro para esse padrão que oferece. Não recomendo.

Tivemos nada menos que uma PÉSSIMA experiência neste hotel. Chegamos às 22h e o atendente fez confusão com nossas reservas, falando que não havia quarto ÀS 22H e que estava lotado, após muita insistência e conversa, localizou nossa reserva. O banheiro cheirava mal, mofo e esgoto, o box não fechava a porta. No geral, o quarto tem cheiro de mofo e as camas são velhas. Vazamento no banheiro q alagou nosso quarto, não resolvido embora pedido mtas vezes. Ficamos 2 noites e não tinhamos outra opção pois a cidade estava cheia, se não fosse por isso, teríamos ido embora logo que chegamos. Estacionamento todo esburacado e com espaço minusculo entre "os bambus" que chamam de demarcação. No ultimo dia, fechamos a conta cedo e perguntamos se poderíamos tomar o café (já eram 06:58 - o café abre as 7:00), o recepcionista disse q sim e fomos até o local, mas BARRADOS por funcionária extremamente mal educada e grossa q nao permitiu nossa entrada, pois disse q era apenas às 7:00. Experiência péssima, funcionários mal preparados e mal educados. Não voltaremos e não recomendamos.

Hotel bom pra uma noite
Hotel limpo, atendimento muito atencioso. Localização ruim (não tem nada por perto, que dê pra fazer a pé). Não gostei da cama e apesar do quarto estar limpinho, o cobertor tinha um cheiro bem desagradável - aparentemente não é lavado a cada uso. Achei caro pelo que é oferecido, porém fui numa data de bastante movimento, então não sei como é o preço normalmente.

Hotel sem janelas externas, buracos na janela que dá para o corredor que transitam os hóspedes, porta do banheiro sem fechar, colchão velho e com afundamento, iluminação péssima para um quarto sem janela. Paguei a diária e fiquei 30 minutos só para encontrar outro hotel e sair dali, prejuízo de 358,00 reais, obrigado hotel.com por oferecer instalações como está para os associados...SQN.

Estadia ok. Cama e chuveiros bons e confortáveis. Uma coisa que incomoda muito é o barulho nos corredores. Café da manhã básico, mas atende super bem. Obviamente, como todos os outros hotéis, caro pro que oferece.
