"Bei der Ankunft freundlicher Empfang und grosses Staunen: keine Reservation vorhanden! Im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel war es viel zu heiss: Schlafen nur bei offenem Fenster möglich, eine inakzeptable Energieverschleuderung! Zimmer sauber, aber starker Geruch nach vermutlich einem Putzmittel (für den Spannteppich?). Für Wintergäste dürften mehr Kleiderhaken zum Aufhängen von Skianzügen vorhanden sein. Schade, dass im TV ausgerechnet SRF 1+2 nicht empfangen werden."
