I needed to use the ironing board. Wouldn’t stay upright. Kinda dangerous with an iron on it. The room was great otherwise.

The listed amenities clearly states free crib/infant bed. When i asked the front desk for this at checkin, I was laughed at and told i could go buy one myself at walmart or Target. If they don't have this amenity don't list it as i base my travel plans around having a crib. I would have brought something if i had known they do not have one. The staff was extremely unhelpful in resolving this issue, and did not provide me with an alternative or recourse. I couldn't cancel the reservation as it was now check-in time, so would have no money refunded. So now was forced to have my daughter who has never slept outside of her crib sleep on the floor. Guess who got no sleep.

I apologize for lack of customer service in this situation, since we always prioritize customer satisfaction. The only thing we carry her for infants is Pack-n-Play's; and we've had guest use these in the past as cribs. We appreciate your concern/feedback and will resolve the issue, so it doesn't happen again in the future.

We booked this as a family trip for a soccer tournament so we were with our team and a bunch of kids. The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly. Nice rooms and overall accommodations, but pool was cold. The one sticking point is that there are some longer term guests who made me feel uncomfortable. There seem to be some people in transition who are at the hotel and there are some people who seem to be in a difficult situation. If I needed a quick one night stay by the airport and it was just me w/out kids, it's a fine place. But I don't think I'd be quick to book it again for a family stay.

We stay at Home2Suites all over the country, and expected the same quality stay at this location. Everything went downhill after check in. Room was dirty, shower curtain was stained and reaked of mildew, towels were thin and worn, mattress was caved in and bedding was scratchy. Walls were thin and we had noisy neighbors next door and above. No vent or fan in the bathroom and the AC units kept shutting off. Several times we returned to our room being hot. There are very few channels available on the TV, and some are "rating locked" when certain shows come on. I messaged the front desk the first evening and was asked if we wanted a new room. After i went through the trouble of cleaning ours myself, i declined. The front desk asked what our other issues were and i sent multiple messages back, only to be ignored. We would have checked out early, but the room type we needed wasnt available anywhere else at the last minute. We spent a small fortune on 3 nights here and it makes me sick to my stomach to think about how much we felt like that money was wasted. There was also people squatting in the parking lot in their vehicles with lighters going off all night, so we felt like we had to keep checking on our truck periodically. After bringing up issues again upon check out, we were later offered a consolation of a few thousand hilton reward points. We will never stay here again and recommend you dont either. This place is a joke.

The sofa bed springs were against my back and were uncomfortable.
