"We thoroughly enjoyed our time and wish that we had booked more nights. There is so much to do at this sprawling resort. The rainforest literally meets you. And the local wildlife is fantastic. Digger’s Beach is very inviting and a great spot for a morning walk. The bed and bathroom could use an upgrade, but the overall property was great. We appreciated the toaster and kettle for our breakfast."

"Great location, plenty of hospitality only walking distance away and only a couple minute's to jetty beach and breakwall. The minimum of disturbance is the country link which rolls in every couple hours. But never really noticed it to much."

"Easy to get around the location was almost central to the shops wonderful because it was off the highway lots of activity for the kids swimming pools walks. Golf buggy rides were great chilling from the restaurant. Overall very pleasant."

"Beautiful vistas from my room looking over green manicured lawns to the eyes catching mountains of the Bellingen valley. Although there was an outdoor setting on the patio, I thought a comfortable chair in the room would have been a nice addition. My main complaint is that shower from the room next door was very noisy when in use. A lovely shower in my room & the bed was super comfortable. "The room was lovely comfotable with a couch. A lot of nice touches such as tissues, new kettle, toiletries etc. Well looked after grounds and pool. Parking right outside rooms so easy to unload. Free washing facilities and place to hang washing if you don't want to use the dryer. Management gave good advice on local places to visit, and were very friendly."

"I was worried about coming after reading alot of recent reviews about mold and unclean rooms, however, room was nice, clean, and great views. As mentioned in other reviews, parking is horrible and if you get there after 6pm or have a slightly larger car, good luck. Wifi also not great but oh well."

"Property is little dated and showing some age signs (I used to stay here in 80s when the water slide was next door and half court tennis on roof) but that is reflected in the cheaper price. The ageing amenity is more than compensated for by the cleanliness, and efficiency and professionalism of staff. The housekeeping are to be commended on the room presentations, and the desk managers are very friendly and helpful, and always busy and everpresent, as reflected in the smooth running of the facility. The BBQ is useful for cooking although the area is shared as the smoking/vaping area so plan to eat away from the actual bbq on one of the furthest tables around the pool or in your room. Very comfy beds. Quiet location. Pool is clean, albeit some missing tiles, can sometimes be shared with friendly water dragons. Close to major shopping mall (4 minute walk). Overall highly recommended for comfort and price in a budget price bracket."

"This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. I took advantage of the breakfast room service which I enjoyed. The bed was comfortable, aircon and blockout curtains were good. The motel had all the usual amenities that you’d expect such as a kettle, tea, coffee, ect. I would stay again next time I’m passing through."
