The room was really nice. Cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking lot is a little tight but easy to get in and out.

When we checked in the first thing I noticed was that the too wreaked of cigarette smoke which supposedly was not allowed on the premises. I called down to the office to advise them that we were not the ones smoking in the room. They did not seem concerned. Then I noticed that there was only real pillow on the bed I had to go downstairs an request a new pillow.
The icing on the cake was that in the morning there was only scorching hot water coming out off the shower. I called the office and no one picked up. After several calls downstairs and was told that she just came in and there was no one there who could check on the water situation. Since we had to leave before someone would arrive we were stuck without being able to take a shower for fear that we would have second degree burns. Also there was no soap in the shower dispenser.
It was an unpleasant experience and I there should be some compensation for all the issues that occurred!
