Great staff but whole property needs a lot of work and upgrades.
Pool access was not accessible which made it challenging as we have a child in a wheelchair

Probably the worst hotel stay in a long time. We left a day early to check into a nicer and safer hotel.
This is the type of hotel where the front desk needs to see the original credit card used for the Expedia reservation and does not want to accept a different card for incidentals BECAUSE TOO MANY PROSTITUTES DO THIS FOR ROOMS PAID FOR BY THEIR JOHNS.
If that is not enough to be a deal breaker, the property is old and the rooms are in disrepair with peeling opd wallparer, cracks in the walls and dirty bathroom fixtures.
The clientale staying here (even the non-proatitutes) are loud and noisy, and many rooms are taken up by social services arranging supervised visitation for parents who have lost custody of their children.
The "dog park" nearby happens to where the local homeless drug users hang out.
Belleville is a rough town, the epicenter of the opioid/meth crisis in Ontatio. This hotel is located in the center of the epicenter.
Avoid at all cost.

No heating in rooms
