While the Clerk was friendly and helpful, the conditions of the hotel can only be labeled as deplorable. I booked this hotel to stay at while my Fiancé and I celebrated his birthday at the Michigan game. After checking other hotels in the area I settled on this one and selected the suite option with a Jacuzzi which was supposed to be a nice surprise. Upon arrival at the hotel everything seemed fine, the clerk was friendly and helpful and I had high expectations for our room. Once we opened the door everything looked fine, we sat our luggage down and began to actually look around we noticed that things were less than satisfactory. After a long drive to the hotel I needed to use the restroom only to be met with urine already in the toilet, mysterious brown stains behind the restroom door and brown markings on the towel that lined the edge of the tub. After promptly exiting the restroom I noticed that the wall along the sink was covered in pink toothpaste residue, there were stains and white marks on various mirrors, hair on the towels next to the sink, hair and what appeared to be dirt inside of the Jacuzzi and the jets and dirty drawers in the dressers. I decided to photograph these things and asked the clerk for different accommodations, he was very pleasant and helped us look at a new room. Unfortunately, the second room we looked at was also unclean. I have further complaints but have run out of characters, which ironically describes my experience.

The pool was not open. And when we was checking out waiting for the show to take us to the airport, there was a young lady sitting at the breakfast area that was a prostitute that was trying to get my husband to solicite . I don’t know if she works at the hotel or she had a room, but it was very inappropriate and I was very upset
