Very nice place to rest and enjoy sea and pool with the family. The amenities part for kids and teenagers is not in the best condition.

Hotel staff service is terrible. The pool needs maintenance as the tiles at the bottom are starting to get off the surface, people are complaining of their food orders they never received. No water bottle in room and when I called 3 times they said they will bring it right away and never received it ! All hotels give complimentary water bottles . Long beach quality of service and even the food have gone down a lot. Will not go back !

Good hotel and spa facilities. Food was excellent in the restaurants. We were half board and think All Inclusive would not be worth the extra money. Difficult to book excursions though the hotel. You needed to book with travel reps that turned up between 10/12 each day (not Sundays). No help from hotel guest services or concierge. Book a table was difficult, you needed to book at least two 2 days in advance. Limited covers per night at all restaurants other than the buffett. Nice that the pool was also right near the beach. Good activities by the beach. Arranged outside of hotel scope. Hear for a fly and flop. Unlikely to visit again, but overall a good holiday.
