I called the hotel for two hours before I got an answer, trying to get a shuttle to the hotel. They finally answered, and then we got disconnected and then I phoned back again and had to wait another hour. By the time I arrived at the hotel, the pool was closed, which I was looking forward to. I also asked for a wake up call which I did receive, but they didn't write my name down for the shuttle. The shuttle left five minutes before the time it was supposed to leave and I almost missed my flight.

Everything was decent. The only exception was my room didn't have a microwave and they charge their guest for parking when parking should be free.
