"This place was unsafe, please do not stay here, there is a broken railing. The heat does not reach the upstairs bedroom. There were electrical outlets, not covered correctly sidewalks were not clean or well-maintained. There are no local channels. There are no clean and well-maintained cookware. They left all the alarm clocks set for zero 800 throughout the house, the shower curtain was not long enough so water coated the floor making it slippery "

"At first I was a bit skeptical to stay at Sonder because of mixed reviews, but I decided to stay at the hotel and I was not disappointed! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the location was very close to everything I needed as a first time solo traveller, and you have a great view of the city. The staff on site was also very accommodating with a last minute extension to my booking which I really appreciated. Overall, would highly recommend staying at Sonder"
