"We had a lovely stay. However, when we went to get in our car, it had been broken into. The whole car was a mess. Everything taken out of glove compartment and console. "

"The hotel lobby is strikingly beautiful when you first enter. They have a two-space restaurant and a club lounge. I had access to the lounge which was extra luxurious with snacks, hot and cold drinks, breakfast and dinner appies. When the lounge was closed one day, I received a voucher for the restaurant's buffet. The doors locked in the evening so you needed your key to enter. It felt very safe. The hotel is located at the end of all the action and it was about a 25 minute walk to the other end of downtown, but easy to uber/taxi (5 mins). I would highly recommend the Sheraton and would stay here again!"

"We stayed here with my daughter and some friends. The check in desk was so helpful and friendly. We needed extra towels and they were delivered in literally 2 minuets. Kiddos had fun in the pool. Beds were comfortable and we used the pull out couch as well. Thank-you we will return!!"

"This is a unique historical property right on the waterfront . The exterior grounds are not much to look at but the interior is delightful. Our room was large with all the amenities . Our friend’s room had an air conditioning issue. The hotel immediately moved them to a nearby room which was much appreciated . A lovely place to stay and an easy walk to the entertainment on George St"
