"Arrived just before sunset after an exhausting time and lineups at the airport, the attendant was waiting for us? Helped out with our luggage and responded well to my mobility difficulty. The room was replaced with one on the Mai. Floor to avoid stairs and it was a good room with. Lean washroom and good air condition. They agreed to store our luggage until we come back from our travel to San Ignacio for couple of days. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"My only downside is when I ordered “Huevos Rancheros” for breakfast and the order came without any sauce at all. When asked to the waitress why the plate did not have the essential element that “huevos rancheros” should have, the response was that the new chef in Biltmore prepares them like that. A lame excuse!!"
