"We were initially disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool - after reporting to the team - the following days the pool was cleaned and we were really happy/ This is our 3rd visit and it’s my wife’s favourite due to the proximity of the beach and the swimming pool. We extended our stay for another day."

"The service by the staff was extraordinarily they all made such an effort to make my stay as happy and as content as the team could. All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming. "Had a great week. RnW is at the most perfect spot on Belitung with everything accessible. People are friendly. Special mention of Yuni who is helpful, efficient and very hardworking. Beaches are amazing and super clean. Waters around are crystal clear. "

"Stayed for 3 nights. Very good service. Very polite and quick service. Breakfast is good. They changed the menu daily. Room is small but clean. However, I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very noisy every night. They have karaoke on the 7th floor. Every floor hallway also has music that is too loud as well."
