Excellent staff and service. Facilities a bit tired. Neighboring Peninsula is taking some clients away from Lanesborough.

The butler service is outstanding. Additionally I love the quaintness of the bar and even when sitting alone, everyone is attentive and makes you feel appreciated and comfortable. All staff are friendly and highly professional.
For the vintage "English" feeling, stay at the Lanesborough. Next time I'll visit the spa and pool.

ANOTHER FANTASTIC XMAS STAY
Posted 26 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.
