Property could be better maintained but it mostly covers all your needs in a good location and with a wonderful view.

We had a great Lake view and the room was very
Big and perfect for our family of Five. Our kids
Enjoyed The small outdoor area where
They Could play.

When we arrived, the hotel could not find the reservation and the lady who attended the front desk was not able to solve the problem. finally the manager arrived and she placed as in a different room but very nice.
Wifi was poor.

Terrible experience with Hotels.com
Posted 16 Jan 2015 on HotelsUnfortunately the room standard for what I booked for and confirmed to me was not the room standard that I received (for example: garden view instead of lake view, LCD TV did not exist, Queen size bed did neither exist on any of the other room standards for this hotel). After many and many complaints, the hotel charged me less in accordance to the real room standard I received, but it still does not compensate my frustration for not receiving the room amenities that I booked for. I am very disappointed with your hotels.com site and I will never use this site again, and will also alert all my friends and contacts about this terrible experience.

El pago se hace al ingresar por el total de la estadía, de esta forma al no tener el efectivo, pague con tarjeta de débito y me recargaron incorrectamente el 10 %, pero luego de varios días de reclamo, personalmente y por e-mail, nos devolvieron el dinero, el cual se acreditó una semana después de haber dejado el hotel.
Lo otro que no me gustó es que no tiene aire acondicionado.
