Housekeeping is very bad, they just don’t listen

A big and wonderful city
Posted 16 Jul 2024 on HotelsIt was just wonderful. The weather was terrible hot near 40º but didn’t let us enjoy this beautiful city. It was great after visiting the city, return to the hotel to rest so comfortable. A little far from the center but easy to get by taxi, tram or bus

Great stay. Didn’t care for indoor smoking. The world has moved beyond that.

Did not clean room second day
Didn’t clean coffee mugs
Didn’t change towel even though we left towels on floor
First day room was excellent
