"Very comfortable and clean apartment in downtown area. Grocery store is across the street, coffee shop downstairs. Screens on the windows would be a great improvement, keeping out the bugs. The apartment had instructions on how to operate certain appliances but did not have any for exhaust hood. The fuse blew one day but they responded to the email and fixed it . Would recommend it to friends."

"The Slavija is an admirable monument to the Yugoslavia of old, and with that it is a little tired. It is however, easy to get to, comfortable and clean and has a good breakfast, so very much what we'd hoped for when needing a last minute stay in Belgrade. For a night in the city before heading to the airport, you could do worse."

"Location was good, by the bus station and a 10 minute (uphill) walk into the touristy central area of Belgrade. It's a difficult hotel to review as it's trying desperately to be something, elegant? classy? but it falls short. The décor is more quirky shabby chic than elegant. Some areas need attention, stained carpets and marked walls, not all the lights seemed to work in the room. I had a room on the first floor at the front and it's incredibly noisy; the traffic on the main road and the lack...
