Location is excellent. Very nice breakfast buffet and good value. Rooms a bit tired and rather noisy from the street. Bed was good. Lighting was good. Lots of power sockets and free internet. The minuses were no safe in room, water not very hot, and only Serbian channels on the TV

The location was excellent but everything else about the hotel was poor. It is NOT a 4-star hotel but a 3-star one and I would rate some of the rooms as 2-star.
Broken hooks in the room and bathroom, the hairdryer not working, bathroom facilities are awkwardly positioned making it difficult to use the shower or toilet. The cleaner only changed the sheets but did not vacuum the room. The older staff at reception grumpy and unhelpful.

Historic hotel which is showing some wear and tear. But, the location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of the old town area and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and historical sites.
