Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. "The resort is well situated and beautiful in the countryside. The hotel is separate from the chalets or houses. They do not provide you with towels, bath mats and toiletries. We were not aware of this. The house has two floors but the toilet is on the first floor and the bathroom is on the second floor.
