Room was small, beds were uncomfortable, continental breakfast was okay, location was easy to access. Was told parking was free on side street but was given a ticket because parking was restricted.

Hello Debbie, thank you for leaving us a review. We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. The breakfast we offer is free of charge with an option of buying vouchers for cooked breakfast at a café nearby in 10 pp. Parking is free on street and we recommend the side street. The main street or on yellow lines are restricted and it's mentioned too. Hope you have safe travels.

We really enjoyed our stay at No.11! The hosts were very friendly & the continental breakfast was great!
The only downside was LOADS of stairs! We had to climb 6 sets of stairs with all our luggage to get to our room
