The staff were so amazing and helpful and had a huge sense of care in what they are doing. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and also the gentleman who was at the restaurant and then the bar once that closed. Both of these guys really turned a frustrating situation around for me. They got us into dining last minute and I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you all so very much! I’d love to go back one day!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. It was ideal as we landed at George best airport and it was only a short drive away. We were greeted at the front desk by this lovely gentleman who made us feel more than welcome. Helped us with where to get food despite the late hour. He even stored my partners insulin in the fridge somewhere safe. The beds were very comfortable and we had no disturbances all night. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable stay

This is our second visit to the hotel as our son lives out here. Lovely hotel, the evening bar service was a little “lack lustre”. We stood at the bar where there was one bar staff member sweeping up glass, but no acknowledgement from him to let us knew that we were waiting, and when we were served he didn’t seem friendly at all! Checking in was quick and easy, the room was ample with a massive bed that felt like you were sleeping on a marshmallow… so comfy! The rooms were also quiet and bathrooms very clean with towels changed daily.
