A lovely place
Posted 16 Nov 2018 on HotelsThe honest answer is that I wasn't able to stay in the place that I booked, however the host arranged for us to stay elsewhere, the alternative accommodation was fine but it was in a contested part of Belfast and a bit of a distance from where I had intended my base to be. I cannot fault the cleanliness or the attention to detail and quality of the alternative place. It was nice of the original host to facilitate us

Brand new. Trouble with wifi entire trip for which owner reimbursed us for our troubles. Apartment was on main floor so mistaken as a main entrance to the building by some very aggressive drunk people in the middle of one night during our stay. Very scary. Owner said this was unusual.

I'm really sorry again about the WiFi issues during your stay. I've had the Internet Provider out and they have upgraded the connection coming into the property. This has resolved the issue and improved the WiFi speed.
I'm sorry you were disturbed in the night. I have spoken with the neighbors who assured me it must have been random strangers that were confused as to which property they were at. I have added an night latch lock to the door for additional security, as you suggested.
I'm sorry that these 2 issues took away from the overall experience of your stay. The circumstances were highly unusual and I hope you can see that we've taken appropriate steps to ensure they don't happen again. I hope you will come and stay with us again next time you're in Northern Ireland and will be able to enjoy all that our Properties have to offer!

Highly recommended for location and good rooms
Posted 8 Apr 2018 on HotelsMy stay at this ground-floor apartment was perfect for my needs. I had to visit Queen's University, and therefore the location was ideal. All the rooms were well cleaned, and all appliances were in good working condition.
There are two beds, one of which is clearly intended for one person, and another bed which can fit two persons. But if one of the partners has a habit of moving too much during their sleep, the bed is not large enough to prevent the other person from getting their sleep disrupted. Since I came alone, it was not a problem at all, but if you are intending to stay as a couple, you may want to take that factor into consideration.
Most rooms have a USB charging plug in the wall, which heavy phone users will surely appreciate, but you should have a 2-3m charging cable to make the most of it. The same goes for laptops, as you will need a 2.5-3m charging cable to work in the dining room table without moving the table itself.
It is a very quiet neighborhood and excellent for concentrating on your work. This is NOT a place for partying, even if nearby there is a street with pubs which may lead to ocasional noisy teenagers passing by on Friday night. You will easily find small markets and fast food stores nearby. Overall, I absolutely recommend it, if you need to visit the city center frequently.

Posted 6 Mar 2018 on Hotelslovely little apartment , nice setup , comfortable bed , working tv, hot shower , on the day i stayed the underground heating & backdoor were in process of sum matienance , was no issue, as heating was provided by owner through other means (radiators) all in all lovely stay, only quips would be if busy parking can be difficult & there was a slight draft from the front door altho it was during a rare cold period in winter so it cudnt be helped . good price for the night & comfortable :)
